Larson's Landing Visitor Liability Waiver

Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk

By visiting Larson's Landing, I agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Larson's Landing and its agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in activities or use of facilities. I acknowledge the risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, death, or property damage, and waive the right to bring legal action against Larson's Landing.

I accept all associated risks voluntarily and certify that I have adequate insurance coverage. Any legal action shall be filed in Minnesota under its laws. This agreement applies to independent contractors and remains valid even if parts are deemed unenforceable.

I understand and agree to be bound by these terms.

For Participants Under 18: Parents/Guardians must also agree to these terms.

Participant Agreement, Release, and Assumption of Risk

By visiting the property (hereinafter referred to as “Larson's Landing”), including its agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Larson's Landing"), I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and discharge Larson's Landing, on behalf of myself, my spouse, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative, and estate as follows:

1a. I acknowledge that my participation in camping or other activities at Larson's Landing, including but not limited to guided tours, hunting, fishing, outdoor instruction, and shooting range activities, entails known and unanticipated risks that could result in physical or emotional injury, death, or damage to myself, property, and/or third parties. I understand and accept these risks and waive the right to bring any legal action against Larson's Landing.

1b. I acknowledge that the risks include, but are not limited to, exposure to temperature and weather extremes such as heat exhaustion, sunburn, and/or dehydration; exposure to potentially dangerous wild animals, insect bites, and/or hazardous plant life; equipment failure; improper lifting or carrying; and physical exertion associated with these activities.

1. I expressly agree, accept, and assume all risks associated with my participation in any activity at Larson's Landing, and I acknowledge that my participation is purely voluntary.
2. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larson's Landing from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in activities or use of Larson's Landing's equipment or facilities, including claims alleging negligent acts or omissions of Larson's Landing.
3. I further release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larson's Landing and any landowners from claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in activities or use of Larson's Landing's equipment or facilities, including claims alleging negligent acts or omissions of said landowners.
4. Should Larson's Landing or anyone acting on their behalf incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold Larson's Landing and all agents and representatives harmless for such fees and costs.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance coverage for any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or I agree to bear the costs myself. I further certify that I am willing to assume the risk of any medical or physical condition I may have.
6. Any legal action against Larson's Landing shall be filed solely in the state of Minnesota, and the substantive law of Minnesota shall apply without regard to its conflict of law rules.
7. All portions of this waiver apply to any parties performing work as independent contractors and are not considered employees of Larson's Landing.
8. If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that by participating in activities at Larson's Landing, I waive my right to maintain a lawsuit against Minnesota based on any claims released herein. I have read and understood this entire document, and I agree to be bound by its terms.

For Participants Under 18 Years of Age: Parents/Guardians must agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larson's Landing from any claims brought by or on behalf of the Minor related to their use or participation in activities at Larson's Landing.
